APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
We completely understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
If a deposit was required, it is non-refundable but will be applied to your rescheduled service.
Running late? If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment, which could result in a cancellation fee.
If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible—we may be able to offer flexibility at our discretion.
HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT
Arrive with clean, dry hair – A little product is fine, but heavy buildup (oils, dry shampoo, styling products) can affect your results. Please wash out any temporary hair color powders or sprays before your visit.
Dress comfortably – We recommend avoiding light-colored clothing, turtlenecks, and hooded sweatshirts to prevent any accidental color transfer.
Bring inspiration photos – Have a specific look in mind? Pictures help us bring your vision to life!
Plan for enough time – Color services can take several hours, depending on the look you're going for.
Let us know about allergies or sensitivities – If you have any concerns, we’re happy to do a patch test beforehand.

EXTRA GUESTS & PETS
To ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. Our space is limited, and we want to give you our full attention. While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home.
If you have special circumstances, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
PHONE COURTESY
To keep the salon environment calm and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you:
Keep your phone on silent or vibrate.
Avoid using speakerphone.
Schedule work calls or meetings outside of your appointment time, so you can relax and get the full experience.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Not loving a product you purchased from My Girl Collaborative? No worries! We’re happy to exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value, as long as it has only been used once.
We’re unable to offer refunds on opened products, but if you’d like to exchange for a higher-priced item, you’ll just need to cover the price difference.
